This kickboard/pull buoy is the best that I have ever used!  I was on a swim team in high school, and I hated using the typical, regular kickboards, because my shoulders would always be really tense and get really sore.  With this kickboard, your shoulders can completely relax and there is no tension!  It definitely helped my workout and really allows you to focus on the legs.  Additionally, it works really great as a pull buoy too!  I was a bit skeptical, as it didn't seem large enough to be effective as a pull buoy.  Boy, was I wrong!  This is an absolutely amazing product that I was extremely satisfied with!  And it's so compact, it fits easily in a gym bag!!  Hope this helps you!
